His pricing was fair and he was always pleasant and professional in his dealings with us. When our hardwood floors were done they looked great and the suites were left clean and in excellent condition. As an apartment manager I can say our floors were a major reason why I never had any problems renting suites out. I am happy to recommend him and any of his services that he offers.
