    By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Silver Leaf Refinishing Inc. regarding quotes, scheduling, service updates, and occasional marketing.

    • Opt-In: Consent is explicitly obtained via our web forms or direct communication. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
    • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP". We will send a final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
    • Help: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or contact us directly.
    • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
    • Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

    3. Services and Quotes

    All quotes provided via the website or subsequent communication are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is subject to an in-person inspection of the site and materials.

    4. Intellectual Property

    Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us.

    5. Governing Law

    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and applicable federal laws. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
