A 100 year old “Foursquare” heritage home recently purchased near Commercial and 1st Ave. The client did not feel that the floors could be salvaged and seriously considered carpeting the entire floor. These floors had been sorely treated and neglected for many a year. These newly restored floors show well how heritage fir floors can come back to life with the rich “character” of 100 years of living. Fir floors tell a story indeed!
